Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 8+ years of relevant work experience. They must have expert-level knowledge in a systems programming language such as Go or C, and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. Strong expertise in container orchestration systems like Kubernetes and container technology is required, as well as familiarity with Unix/Unix-like kernels and experience with automation frameworks such as Ansible and Terraform.

Responsibilities

The Senior Systems Software Engineer will be responsible for exploring innovative ways to simplify GPU and DPU accelerated application development and deployment, working on enabling these accelerators as first-class resources in container orchestrators like Kubernetes. They will collaborate with engineering teams across NVIDIA to ensure seamless software integration, automate and optimize build, test, integration, and release processes for cloud-native environments, and efficiently multitask on various tracks to address evolving priorities while providing new ideas.
