Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or related engineering (Master’s preferred), minimum 5 years in test system or fixture development, proficiency in reading circuit board schematics and layouts, experience with medium to high-volume manufacturing and automated test systems, and strong communication skills.
