  • Over 8 years working experience in external or internal quality management
  • At least 5 years experience in supplier quality management
  • Rich experience on supplier audit & development
  • Well understand ISO 9001 and ISO13485, Lead Audit Certification is preferred
  • Strong engineering and manufacture knowledge
  • Professional with supplier quality management tools
  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Good teamwork player and spirit
  • Good Command of English (Native Chinese)
  • Proficient with MS office and SAP application
  • Willingness to travel 50% domestic, some international (1-2 times per year)

Responsibilities

  • New supplier involvement in early stage of a project to avoid potential supplier risk, keep and choose capable supplier, lead new supplier quality assessment and QMS audit
  • Supplier DFM review and technical support on NPI and transfer project, identify quality risk parts
  • Lead supplier quality planning including part qualification, process verification, key features control
  • Develop in-coming inspection plan
  • Responsible for Non-confirming materials which are identified from production, IQC or customers, analyse root cause and drive supplier to take effective corrective actions including 8D report
  • Work with cross function team to define strategic suppliers, develop and coach supplier on quality improvement to achieve quality target
  • Responsible for supplier performance monitoring and improvement, and drive supplier for quality continuous improvement through process and yearly QMS audit
  • Monthly perform quality data analysis to figure out supplier quality trend and communicate with key suppliers
