The Senior Statistical Programmer will support or lead statistical programming activities for client clinical projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables are produced on time and in compliance with standard operating procedures. Key responsibilities include specifying, programming, and validating CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasets, as well as statistical analysis results, tables, listings, and figures. The role also involves creating and validating randomization lists, producing and reviewing CDISC documentation, reporting deviations, and providing supervision and guidance to programming team members. Additionally, the position requires identifying and implementing new techniques, leading initiatives for process improvement, and communicating effectively with project teams.
