The Senior Staff Technical Program Manager will manage multiple large Security programs and projects from business case to implementation, developing detailed execution plans and managing financials, progress, metrics, change control, testing, and release to production within budget constraints. They will provide overall communication, create status reporting for steering committees, and apply best practices throughout project phases. The role involves leading strategic planning, streamlining work processes, engaging with the business to understand technical needs and capture requirements, and driving crucial conversations with senior executives to define strategic business cases and measurable outcomes. Additionally, they will drive PMO activities, develop standardized program management processes and methodologies, guide teams, provide technical solutions, and mitigate hurdles. Understanding global cybersecurity themes, regulations, trends, tools, and terms is a key aspect of the role.
