Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of full-stack software development experience with a strong focus on back-end development, extensive professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript, including hands-on experience with NestJS, proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks like React, demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and managing microservices architectures on AWS, hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, and proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or a postgraduate degree and/or a record of academic achievement, is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, the individual will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices using Node.js and NestJS, implementing robust and intuitive front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks, designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS services with a focus on Infrastructure as Code, collaborating with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle, implementing and maintaining robust observability solutions, and mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level engineers.
