Requirements

BS in CS, AE, ME, EE, or equivalent, with 5-8 years of relevant experience in integrated systems
Experience working in embedded systems
Hands-on experience taking a software product from ideation to customer release and maintenance
Ability to read schematics and perform basic hardware debugging
Expert proficiency in C/C++
Proficient using VSCode, Docker, Linux
Proficient in Go, Python, and shell scripting languages
Demonstrated capability in designing and integrating complex software architectures, including requirements generation and validation, ICD review and development, and software architecture definition
Exposure to computer networking and networking concepts
Ability to travel 10% of the time

Responsibilities

Design and implement observable safety-critical and non-safety-critical systems
Support systems engineering in defining and documenting the technical solution and integration efforts with other projects and external partners
Help support problem solving activities by defining software architecture, physical architecture, and integration and testing plans
Help coordinate integration and testing efforts
Write code in support of software development activities
Work closely with other functional teams to help define interfaces with other systems
