As a Senior Software Engineer - AI Backend at Relyance AI, you will be responsible for strategizing, driving, and executing on the core initiatives connecting output from NLP (Natural Language Processing) and AI models with the Relyance product. You’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and build a flexible, powerful, and robust NLP backend that scales the impact of AI for our customers. This role requires a detail-oriented approach, adaptability to constant change, a forward-thinking perspective, and the ability to be both fast and scrappy to address immediate needs.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of experience building complex backends, particularly those dealing with complex data.
• Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python.
• Skills: Strong data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented software design and implementation skills.
• Versatility: Ability to learn and operate across the full stack, from ML/NLP to cloud infrastructure to UI frontend.
