Requirements

5+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably in AI/ML, backend systems, or high-growth startups
Strong experience with LLMs, AI model development, and prompt engineering
Experience in data engineering and dataset construction for training AI models
Strong coding skills with Typescript, Python, or other AI-relevant languages
Experience with agentic AI workflows and chatbot-style LLM interactions

Responsibilities

Develop AI-powered tools that integrate with the Bubble Editor, allowing users to generate and modify web applications using natural language
Design and implement agentic workflows that enable LLMs to interact with Bubble’s JSON-based app representations
Build and optimize proprietary AI models trained on domain-specific datasets
Work with large-scale public models while designing strategies to fine-tune and adapt them to Bubble’s use cases
Optimize LLM performance and accuracy when interpreting and modifying applications
Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and research teams to push the limits of AI-driven development
