Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience writing readable, tested, and efficient code. Additionally, experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, solid debugging and optimization skills, experience with APIs supporting mobile applications, and expertise with SDLC processes and frameworks are necessary. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential, along with a curiosity for learning new tools and solving problems.
