Requirements

6+ years industrial experience with a focus on front end engineering
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities

Designing & building new features, enhancing existing features, and supporting them in production
Building reusable libraries or technology platforms/products that address multiple use cases
Delivering specific milestones and objectives in a dynamic environment
Ensuring functional availability of the software developed and enhancing the product based on functional requirements
Managing web applications and frontend applications for functional correctness, availability, and security
Owning and providing detailed solutioning for given requirements/enhancements working closely with the Solution Architecture team
Owning engineering excellence and operational readiness of services, driving engineering SLI, SLO, and SLA
Taking full ownership of developed applications for quality, security, availability, scalability, etc
Producing architectural documentations for assigned applications
Assisting other Support Engineers on complex RCA issues
Acting as a change agent within the engineering organization to drive delivery & quality excellence in an agile manner
Providing L3 engineering support to field teams to keep SLAs intact
Working in a collaborative, agile environment with multiple cross-functional teams distributed across different geographical locations
