Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack), the individual will be responsible for building and architecting PolicyMe’s platform, creating key features and systems to support the company’s growth, collaborating with product and design teams, serving as a role model for engineering standards, driving technical decision-making, and leading technical conversations. They will also ensure the platform’s reliability, scalability, security, and extensibility, and contribute to building end-to-end experiences for the web-based application, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver a modern life insurance customer journey.
