Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer - AI Backend, the individual will strategize and execute on a roadmap for a system enabling high-velocity AI development while ensuring product stability, make customer-centric prioritization decisions, deeply understand and architect systems balancing scrappiness with a forward-thinking outlook, and continuously look for opportunities to automate and build tools to lower operational barriers. They will also be a key member of the team solving complex problems with pragmatic solutions, learn and operate with AI/ML technologies such as LLMs and frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow, and communicate effectively with clear and concise language, active listening, and empathy.
