Responsibilities

Conducting advanced research in AI and machine learning, exploring emerging technologies, and identifying applications for business problems
Designing and architecting AI solutions for complex problems, analyzing requirements and constraints
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, including code/design reviews and overcoming challenges
Collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure project success
Driving continuous improvement and innovation in AI/ML practices, promoting best practices
Evaluating and integrating third-party tools or services to enhance AI solutions
Facilitating design review sessions, ensuring alignment with requirements and best practices
Mentoring junior team members during review sessions
Collaborating with engineering manager and team lead to refine design/implementation strategies and provide peer feedback
Participating in and coordinating meetings for effective team communication
Independently preparing and delivering presentations/reports to stakeholders, translating technical concepts
Interpreting and reporting data findings; maintaining/updating BI tools, databases, dashboards, systems
Designing and developing solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns
