Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of software development experience and at least 2 years of experience building, training, and deploying ML/LLM models in production. A track record of iterating quickly on AI product ideas and shipping high-impact features is required. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical partners are essential. Experience with AWS Bedrock, AI infrastructure, Golang or Rust, and security/privacy applications of AI are considered bonus points.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Developer will apply the latest AI to make 1Password smarter, simpler, and more secure. They will explore new ideas, train models, and prototype AI features that amplify value for customers. Responsibilities include contributing to the team's technical direction, vision, and strategy, driving project delivery, making technical decisions, writing code, solving complex technical problems, and mentoring junior developers. Collaboration with cross-functional partners to achieve business outcomes on schedule is also expected.
