This is an onsite position.
Proficiency in C/C++ for implementing algorithms is required, with familiarity in Python, Java, R, Rust, public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers (Docker), orchestrators (K8S), and workflow systems like Prefect, Airflow, Luigi preferred.
A BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent is required, with an MS degree or other advanced studies being a plus.
You will join a collaborative group with diverse expertise including successful entrepreneurs, chemists, hardware and software engineers, genomics and biotechnology experts, molecular and computational biologists, software and algorithm experts, and operations leaders.
