Experience guiding project teams and client organizations on Agile/Scrum practices and values
Ability to assess Scrum maturity and coach teams to higher levels sustainably
Skills in removing impediments and building trusting environments for problem-solving
Proficiency in facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution without coercion
Capability to support internal/external communication, transparency, and product backlog grooming
Experience performing resource utilization analysis and forecasting for allocation
Knowledge of identifying and tracking additional services revenue opportunities
Understanding of client needs matching to services/products and managing expectations
Strong communication skills to convey goals, success factors, and sell ideas persuasively

Responsibilities

Guide project teams on self-organization and maximizing Agile/Scrum frameworks
Remove impediments or guide teams to resolve them
Build trusting environments emphasizing healing and problem-solving
Facilitate getting work done, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Assist with internal/external communication and improve transparency
Support and educate Product Sponsors on backlog grooming/maintenance
Provide servant leadership support to the team
Establish and drive development/tracking of additional services revenue opportunities
Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation to delivery
Ensure service delivery success and client satisfaction through project management
Manage project initiation: identify obligations, needs, goals, situations, and contacts
Develop, define, and execute project plans, scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Identify resources, define/assign major project roles
Coordinate activities/tasks among team members, departments, clients, and vendors to meet goals and ensure completion
