Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in RF Design, microwave Design, Base station Radio development, radar, or similar
  • Ability to perform complex design work related to RF and Microwave circuitry
  • Ability to provide technical advice and direction to project management and business development
  • Ability to research, develop and implement new and innovative design strategies
  • Ability to understand and design elements of an RF front end such as filters, LNAs, PAs, PLDROs, PLL’s etc
  • Ability to complete component selection and device characterization
  • Ability to prepare schematic generation, and supporting layout activities
  • Ability to perform radio and board level design and verification
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug hardware issues
  • Ability to write specifications, test documentation and reports
  • Ability to perform board level system bring-up and integration
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, and team player
  • Able to work well in a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and manage many different projects at once
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Provide design and verification services for leading edge RF projects in a variety of different fields
  • Work directly with customers to understand their unique needs and requirements, to ensure project success
  • Act as a mentor and provide leadership within the design team for younger designers
