Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in C++, C#, HLSL, and GLSL. Experience with rendering APIs such as DirectX 11/12 and OpenGL/WebGL is required, along with a deep understanding of real-time rendering techniques and GPU architectures. Strong mathematical skills in linear algebra, vector math, and transformations are essential, as is proficiency in modern programming techniques, patterns, and algorithmic fluency with complexity analysis. Experience with performance profiling and debugging tools like PIX, NSight, and RenderDoc, as well as the ability to write efficient, compact, and cross-platform code, are necessary. Expertise in designing and implementing modular, extensible solutions and effective written and verbal communication in English are also required.
The Senior Rendering Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing rendering systems for real-time applications. This includes developing cutting-edge algorithms and specifications, and providing ongoing support for existing source code across a spectrum of products.
