Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a multinational or matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage international recruitment across a variety of DACH markets
  • Proven ability to build trust, engage diverse stakeholders, and influence decisions at all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluency in English & German is required
  • Deep understanding of the DACH talent landscape, cultural nuances, and local hiring regulations (desired)
  • Passion for connecting top talent to meaningful career opportunities, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class candidate experience (desired)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for salaried roles across various DACH countries—intake, sourcing, assessment, selection, offer
  • Act as a strategic partner to business and HR leaders by understanding workforce needs and aligning recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals
  • Proactively build and nurture diverse talent pipelines across key markets and disciplines, using market intelligence and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Champion Goodyear’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in local and regional talent markets, ensuring consistent, compelling candidate messaging
  • Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, managing communications, feedback loops, and interview logistics with precision and care
  • Drive process efficiency and compliance using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining data integrity and adhering to local labor laws and internal audit standards
  • Analyze and track recruitment performance metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, agency usage, etc.) to continuously improve outcomes
  • Contribute to regional and global talent acquisition projects, including technology upgrades, and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with and mentor junior recruiters, sharing best practices and supporting team growth across the DACH region
