Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a multinational or matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to manage international recruitment across a variety of DACH markets
Proven ability to build trust, engage diverse stakeholders, and influence decisions at all levels of the organization
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Fluency in English & German is required
Deep understanding of the DACH talent landscape, cultural nuances, and local hiring regulations (desired)
Passion for connecting top talent to meaningful career opportunities, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class candidate experience (desired)
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where agility are key (desired)

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for salaried roles across various DACH countries—intake, sourcing, assessment, selection, offer
Act as a strategic partner to business and HR leaders by understanding workforce needs and aligning recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals
Proactively build and nurture diverse talent pipelines across key markets and disciplines, using market intelligence and advanced sourcing techniques
Champion Goodyear’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in local and regional talent markets, ensuring consistent, compelling candidate messaging
Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, managing communications, feedback loops, and interview logistics with precision and care
Drive process efficiency and compliance using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining data integrity and adhering to local labor laws and internal audit standards
Analyze and track recruitment performance metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, agency usage, etc.) to continuously improve outcomes
Contribute to regional and global talent acquisition projects, including technology upgrades, and process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with and mentor junior recruiters, sharing best practices and supporting team growth across the DACH region
