Requirements
- Senior-level React/TypeScript developer
- Experience developing larger systems (not just small applications)
- Experience with GraphQL
- Experience hosting applications on custom infrastructure
- Ability to address performance, scalability, and optimization issues
- Strong abstract thinking, analytical skills, and clear communication (including remotely)
Responsibilities
- Build new generation of Shoptet storefronts – from architecture design to developer experience for partners
- Develop new templating system in React and Next.js, and visual WYSIWYG editor for merchants
- Create SDK and tools for partners to easily develop add-ons, templates, and integrations
- Design interfaces and mechanisms for individual app customizations and secure execution of third-party code in a multi-tenant environment
- Focus on performance, scalability, and SSR for storefronts hosted on custom infrastructure (without reliance on Vercel or Netlify)
- Collaborate on the design system to ensure consistent templates and add-ons
- Participate in architecture design and application optimization
- Improve developer experience for the partner community
