Requirements

  • Experience in brand and/or brand functional management, with a strong focus on cross-functional marketing
  • Track record of development and timely execution of marketing brand plans
  • Proven ability to drive, influence, execute and hindsight marketing plans
  • Strong understanding of and passion for Running & Training and its wider culture
  • Deep understanding of key consumers in the Nordics (focus Copenhagen and Stockholm) and ability to turn insights into action to build cohesive plans across Nike’s full marketing channel mix
  • Core marketing skills: ability to independently drive projects, resolve complex problems, and navigate cross-functional teamwork
  • Enterprise thinking: ability to foster effective teamwork, promote team spirit, and experience in leading others
  • Proven experience identifying, owning, and managing external relationships with individuals and organizations, aligned to Nike’s strategic objectives
  • Proactive self-leader with strong communication skills, growth mindset, adaptability, innovative thinking, and commitment to executional excellence

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage marketing plans for key Running & Training initiatives, in close collaboration with the cross-functional Running & Training team
  • Lead the marketing plans and execution for key sports events such as CPH Marathon & Half 2026
  • Develop innovative, consumer-focused ideas that enhance Nike's brand presence in line with strategy
  • Maintain and manage key relationships on the ground
  • Provide Nordic-specific insights to the Geo cross-functional teams to improve strategic planning for Running & Training
  • Oversee Brand Marketing for Running & Training in the Nordics, working with EMEA and Central brand marketing teams
  • Manage one direct report based in Stockholm
