Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience with productivity applications, with a genuine passion for the space
- Proven track record as a product manager (not project manager or scrum master) who goes beyond Jira, PRDs, and backlog management
- In-house experience building consumer-facing products with direct user interaction
- Deep understanding of what makes a well-behaved application, including UX patterns, platform conventions, and aesthetics
- Previous experience interacting directly with users to understand their needs and pain points
- Passionate about productivity tools with the energy to tackle big responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead feature development across Web, Windows, and Mac platforms, ensuring consistency and quality across all desktop experiences
- Conduct user research, discovery work, and leverage insights/data to inform product decisions and improvements
- Work across different operating systems to create well-behaved applications that follow platform-specific UX patterns while maintaining design aesthetics
- Drive daily active users (DAU) on desktop platforms as a key performance metric
- Own the product roadmap for desktop, balancing user needs with business objectives
