Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Product Management or related field (will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training)
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
  • Strong product creation, consumer and business acumen
  • Familiarity with the marketplace and key competitors
  • Creativity and passion for product, fashion, color, and style
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, and volatile environment

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product management teammates across Sportswear and cross-functional teams in merchandising, design, development, sourcing, costing, operations, sales, and marketing to implement the apparel strategic vision
  • Partner with Senior Product Line Managers and Product Line Manager II to drive all facets of the Women’s Sportswear product creation process
  • Lead a cross-functional team
  • Work daily with design, development, brand, and merchandising teams to create compelling seasonal product
  • Lead the team, keeping projects on task and communicating regularly with internal and external partners
  • Collaborate with team members to develop line plans, implement future product uniform strategies, and track overall progress and delivery on time
  • Work closely with triad team weekly to deliver on product creation calendar timelines, including product briefs, design reviews, merchandising plans, and marketplace distribution for multiple projects
  • Build positive and trustworthy relationships with partners to develop and land line plans and seasonal assortments that meet consumer needs
  • Be the voice of the consumer, keeping pulse on relevant trends with emphasis on sport and streetwear culture
  • Create impactful presentations that enable assortment and sell-in
  • Solve athlete problems with market-leading product solutions
  • Drive brand distinction by creating epic product that inspires consumers
