Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep, empathetic understanding of the day-to-day challenges truck drivers and fleet managers face, and how technology can make their lives easier
  • Ensure initiatives solve the right problems, improve key success metrics, scope MVPs thoughtfully, lean into early learnings, and champion our commitment to user-first solutions through every release
  • Be a key player across Mudflap’s native and web applications, influencing both product and company strategy
  • Drive the design process end-to-end: research, wireframing, prototyping, execution, and QA
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other designers to bring creative and innovative ideas to life
  • Evolve and maintain our design system, libraries, and patterns to keep pace with modern standards
