Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of experience in Product Design and B2B or B2C web applications and mobile applications
  • 2+ years of experience designing mobile apps for iOS and Android
  • Comfortable with conducting user research and interviews
  • Experience in a hyper-growth environment, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work efficiently
  • Advanced skills in Figma for Design Systems and prototyping
  • Thinks big picture about Design’s impact on business strategy and metrics

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep, empathetic understanding of the day-to-day challenges truck drivers and fleet managers face, and how technology can make their lives easier
  • Ensure initiatives solve the right problems, improve key success metrics, scope MVPs thoughtfully, lean into early learnings, and champion our commitment to user-first solutions through every release
  • Be a key player across Mudflap’s native and web applications, influencing both product and company strategy
  • Drive the design process end-to-end: research, wireframing, prototyping, execution, and QA
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other designers to bring creative and innovative ideas to life
  • Evolve and maintain our design system, libraries, and patterns to keep pace with modern standards
