Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; or combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • A minimum of 9+ years relevant work experience in retail, digital, strategy, and/or program management
  • Proven work in sustainability
  • Specific experience driving sustainability priorities in large CPG company preferred
  • Management-level strategic planning and performance management experience
  • Strong commercial and business acumen with superior quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Subject matter expertise in circular products and services, consumer-facing sustainability campaigns, and strategic partnerships
  • Seasoned program manager, able to organize and plan complex topics
  • Strong influence skills, with the ability to champion complex projects across the organization
  • Proven ability to lead collaboration across diverse teams within a large matrixed organization
  • Strategic vision and entrepreneurial drive, with a bias for action and a test and learn approach
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
  • Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with high comfort with managing through ambiguity and within dynamic business environments

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Marketplace Sustainability strategy in global forums when the Senior Director is unavailable
  • Support development of key strategies and roadmaps, prioritization, and socialization across the enterprise (CSR, QBR, etc)
  • Develop and lead a strong cross functional offense that drives alignment, functional owners
