Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely processing of various types of calculations of moderate to high complexity within a multi-client environment
  • Specialized processing for custom requests from the client
  • Providing job coaching and mentoring to junior level processors on the intricacies of their specific business unit
  • Monitoring respective work queues and providing direction to ensure that all aging work items and calculations are resolved in conjunction with the service level agreement timeframes
  • Validating and updating User Procedure Documentation (UPD)
  • Manually calculate and review pension benefits for plan participants
  • Contact participants to explain calculations or resolve participant/client related issues regarding pension benefits
  • Support monthly testing of various systems upgrades and releases
  • Participate in special departmental projects
  • Provide back-up coverage for other transaction processors and team Managers as needed
