Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Deep technical expertise and proven track record of working with large partners to create technical champions and deliver impactful results
- Technical, product, and deep architectural expertise on the latest data product capabilities
- Strong experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL DBs
- Strong experience with data warehouses such as Azure Synapse, Redshift, Big Query
- Working knowledge across the latest Snowflake product updates and best practices
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Spark, Big Data
- Development skills: work with large-scale datasets, preprocess them, create data representations; build solutions using Python, Snowpark, open-source libraries; Dockerize applications and run Docker images in Snowflake; build industry solutions; build Gen AI-based applications and stay up-to-date with Gen AI advancements; deploy ML models in Snowflake
- Ability to work across Asia Pacific and Japan regions with up to 40% travel time
Responsibilities
- Run training sessions, workshops, webinars to help Partners become proficient in Snowflake
- Help Solution Providers/Practice Leads with technical strategies to sell their offerings on Snowflake
- Keep Partners up to date on key Snowflake product updates and future roadmaps
- Run technical enablement programs providing best practices and solution design workshops
- Drive strategic engagements by grasping new concepts and articulating business value
- Showcase Snowflake impact through customer success stories and case studies
- Understand Partners' revenue through industry priorities and complexities, influencing Snowflake product impact
- Lead technical and executive presentations, from deep-dives with technologists to C-level discussions
- Contribute to reference architectures, blueprints, best practices based on field experience
- Engage with technical and executive audiences using whiteboarding, presentations, and demos
- Collaborate with strategic Data Cloud Product partners developing cloud-native SaaS on Snowflake and data app providers
