Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical development experience, with at least 3 years of experience mentoring and leading engineering teams. They should have expertise in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++, and demonstrate proficiency in building machine models for real-time production environments utilizing Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch, TorchScript, TensorFlow, or spaCy. Furthermore, candidates are expected to have experience with machine model inferencing in low-latency, high-throughput microservice environments, along with familiarity with ML Ops frameworks like Vertex AI or Sagemaker. A foundational understanding of horizontal and vertical scaling, concurrency primitives, and data structures using Python, Go, or related frameworks is also required, alongside a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Responsibilities
