Ability to provide fair balanced, objective, scientific information and education to health care professionals and internal partners
Expertise as the scientific and clinical source for current and future Janssen Oncology products
Knowledge of current scientific and treatment landscape trends in oncology urology
Capability to provide research support for company and investigator initiated research
Skills in building external relationships with health care provider teams (MD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D.), including virtual and in-person engagements
Ability to develop and maintain a territory strategic plan, including clinical activities with opinion leaders (OLs), institutions, community practices, pathway influencers, and advocacy organizations
Competencies in Influence & Results Focused, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Product & Therapeutic Area Knowledge, and Data Insights & Dissemination
Ability to identify and compliantly collaborate with field-based partners to support health care providers
Competencies in Agility, including Change Management, Time Management, and Innovation
Adherence to current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines
Willingness to travel primarily throughout assigned geography (Eastern Texas/Louisiana), estimated at 60%, with infrequent travel outside the territory
Demonstrated strategic territory planning and ability to build strong relationships with effective data delivery
Ability to build community and academic opinion leader partnerships through establishing relationships and conducting scientific exchange with HCPs
Responsiveness to unsolicited scientific inquiries from HCPs/investigators

Responsibilities

Provide fair balanced, objective, scientific information and education to health care professionals and internal partners as required by scientific and business needs
Stay abreast of current scientific and treatment landscape trends in therapeutic areas of interest (oncology urology)
Provide research support for company and investigator initiated research
Build external relationships with the health care provider team and develop and manage a geographical territory (Eastern Texas/Louisiana)
Develop and maintain a territory strategic plan, including clinical activities with identified OLs, institutions, community practices, pathways influencers, and advocacy organizations
Conduct all activities in accordance with current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines
Consistently demonstrate strategic territory planning and build strong relationships within the territory with effective data delivery
Build community and academic opinion leader partnerships through establishing relationships and conducting scientific exchange with community and institutional HCPs
Respond to unsolicited scientific inquiries of HCPs/investigators
