Advanced scientific or clinical knowledge and experience in the Immunology therapeutic area, specifically autoantibody pipeline
Established expertise as a scientific and clinical knowledge lead on current and future J&J Innovative Medicine products per Therapeutic Area (TA) alignment
Ability to stay abreast of current scientific and treatment landscape trends in therapeutic areas of interest
Foundational competencies in Influence & Results Focused, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Product & Therapeutic Area Knowledge, and Data Insights & Dissemination
Skills in agility, Change Management, Time Management, and Innovation

Ability to build and manage external relationships with opinion leaders (OLs) and health care providers (MD, DO, PhD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D., bio coordinators) through virtual and in-person engagements, prioritizing in-person when appropriate
Capability to develop and maintain a territory strategic plan including educational activities with OLs, HCPs, institutions, and community practices
Experience in providing research support for company and investigator-initiated research
Ability to rapidly identify and compliantly collaborate with field-based partners to support Healthcare Providers
Field-based position requiring travel, primarily within the Northeast territory (Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York City), ideally located in New York or Boston area
Conduct all activities in accordance with current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines
Level of competency and experience in the disease state suitable for a Senior MSL role

Responsibilities

Provide fair balanced, objective, scientific information and education to opinion leaders (OLs), health care professionals, and internal partners as required by scientific and business needs
Function as an established scientific and clinical knowledge lead on current and future J&J Innovative Medicine products per Therapeutic Area (TA) alignment
Stay abreast of current scientific and treatment landscape trends in therapeutic areas of interest
Provide research support for company and investigator-initiated research
Build external relationships with identified OLs and health care providers and develop and manage a geographical territory (Northeast region)
Develop and maintain a territory strategic plan, including educational activities with identified OLs, HCPs, institutions, and community practices
Rapidly identify and compliantly collaborate with field-based partners to ensure support of Healthcare Providers, positively impacting patients
