Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage
  • Provide meat products to members by processing meat, ensuring quality and standards for high-volume products
  • Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them
  • Drive business results by planning for profitability, maintaining work area, eliminating waste, securing merchandise, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and storage
  • Act as a Talent Ambassador by advocating for the department, valuing member experience, modeling high-quality service, executing basics at highest quality, interacting with associates to understand roadblocks, and assisting in training
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics using the Open Door Policy
  • Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and adapt to change
  • Embrace differences, create inclusive workplace, build team relationships, mentor others, and recognize contributions
