Responsibilities

  • Process meat products for members, ensuring quality and standards for high-volume items
  • Maintain work area per company policies, eliminate waste, secure high-shrink merchandise, and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage
  • Drive sales and business results using digital tools to improve shopping experience and associate engagement
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and advocate for high-quality service and products in the meat area
  • Train and assist associates with job-related duties, addressing roadblocks
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards, using Open Door Policy
  • Complete work assignments using policies/data/resources, collaborate with stakeholders, identify priorities, communicate progress, and recommend improvements
