Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience demonstrating exceptional ability
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced NPI environment with direct Material Planning or Master Scheduling experience
  • Proficiency with ERP software (SAP or Oracle) for material transactions and planning
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure quality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and achieve goals in a dynamic environment
  • Bonus: APICS certification

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate material availability in Zoox ERP (SAP S/4HANA) by transacting all material movements
  • Manage material levels across multiple plants for production and prototype builds, coordinating with Production Planning and Engineering
  • Lead cycle counting efforts, including year-end counts and reconciliations, to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Create and release work orders, manage material staging tasks, and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Communicate order fulfillment status to internal customers and coordinate with supply planning to mitigate material shortages
  • Support the Demand Planner and perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations across the Materials team
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and track and report Material KPIs
