Requirements

  • 5–7 years of Workday Finance (or equivalent ERP) implementation experience
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior consultant on complex Workday projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in sales support, including estimating and presenting to clients
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight for multiple Workday Finance projects across the practice
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams, identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring successful delivery
  • Serve as Solution Architect on 2–3 concurrent projects, guiding the overall solution design and ensuring alignment with client requirements
  • Design and validate Foundation Data Models (FDM) tailored to client-specific needs
  • Partner with the sales team to support RFP responses, solutioning, estimations, and SOW development
  • Participate in client orals and pre-sales discussions to position the firm’s capabilities effectively
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture
  • Mentor and coach consultants, providing regular feedback and supporting career development
  • Conduct skills assessments and recommend cross-training opportunities
  • Manage team performance and utilization targets, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Workday Finance practice
  • Lead or support key practice initiatives and innovation efforts
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning through town halls and internal forums
