The base salary range is $90,000 - $155,000 per year, with placement varying based on job responsibilities, scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree, 3-5+ years of relevant Capital Markets or Product Development experience, Securities Finance experience (preferably Agency Lending), knowledge of the full Securities Lending trade lifecycle, strong analytical skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

A strong candidate has Securities Finance experience with Agency Lending background, knowledge of the full Securities Lending trade lifecycle, multi-asset class experience, experience with FIS/SunGard or similar systems, and pluses like SQL knowledge, Agile, or prior Product/Project/Business Analyst roles.
