Requirements

  • 20+ years of IT experience with a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in implementing sales, marketing, R&D applications and platforms, Cloud, Data & Automation, Patient and clinic driven data insights and related platforms
  • 8+ years of managerial experience preferably
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Expertise in people leadership, application rationalization and platforms, IT integration methodologies and technologies
  • Experience developing on common platforms, tools, methodologies, and process improvement
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in IT around AI and Hyperautomation

Responsibilities

  • Manage a staff that consists of employees and contingents, providing leadership in goals/objectives, performance reviews, and mentorship
  • Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with the organization's business operating units and functions their IT specific needs
  • Manage ongoing implementation of development efforts for multiple project/programs while working with other IT and business leaders to ensure effective delivery with high quality result
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their integration requirements and ensure that IT solutions align with their needs
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate effective collaboration throughout the SDLC process
  • Lead quality control and review efforts and ensure delivery of enhancements and new functionality for Integration and additional software solutions over time
  • Provide coaching and leadership for the delivery of technical work products adhering to best practices
  • Lead the road map discussions with Teams
  • Provide technical oversight and development guidance, coaching and support to development team members
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional IT team members and business leaders to ensure effective cross-project communication and issue management
  • Set Team goals and hold Teams accountable to delivery products on time and within budget with high quality
  • Responsible for budget including labor recovery for accountable for resources, vendors and project cost consumption
  • Provide regular status reports and performance metrics to management local and global management
  • Oversee MEIC Teams and influence Global teams maximizing the value of the applications
  • Lead a group of 5 managers that span across Digital Health, R&D, Clinical, OU Apps
