Requirements

  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or consulting/operations, ideally within a top B2B SaaS, AI or technology company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, including proficiency in top-tier Excel/Google Sheet tools (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Planful, or similar)
  • Fluency in planning/analytics tools (experience with tools like Planful or similar)
  • Strategic mindset paired with a bias for action
  • Comfortable operating from high-level frameworks down to execution in the details
  • Growth-stage agility: proactive, adaptable, and energized by building in a fast-moving environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic finance & operational initiatives that inform decision-making and elevate company performance
  • Partner with GTM, product, and operations leaders to identify and execute opportunities that drive growth and efficiency
  • Own and evolve G&A or key operational systems & processes that will help us scale, such as procurement and vendor management processes
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that strengthen scalability and operational discipline across the company
  • Build models, frameworks, and processes that translate data into actionable insight and strategic clarity
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping financial strategy and supporting operational execution
