The Senior Manager/Director will provide strategic direction and vision for the company’s aftermarket business, setting goals and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. They will oversee the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, manage distribution channels, and promote the company’s products and services. The role involves leading the aftermarket division, establishing a focus on customers, distribution strategy, product portfolio expansion, and competitiveness within the industry. A high level of travel is expected to facilitate customer and supplier interactions, and they will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring profitability through P&L management.
