10 years of electrical design-engineering, or related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or commensurate work experience in the related field

Responsibilities

Provide technical oversight and strategies for all assigned CVS Corporate Properties
Review electrical systems and provide technical support for new facility builds and existing critical projects, ensuring optimization of electrical power systems for safe, reliable and efficient operation
Develop strategic relationships within the organization providing guidance and decision support for corporate projects and key initiatives
Develop, manage, and execute multi-million dollar expense and capital budgets for owned and leased corporate facilities
Ensure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives, local, state and federal laws, as well governing regulations that pertain to the operations of a Corporate Facility
Effectively manage Critical Incidents and controllable incidents caused by vendors, employees, and missed preventive maintenance work
Oversee the installation of new equipment and execution of assigned projects to ensure it is commissioned and operational according to design, industry standards, and Internal Policy
Ensure all systems comply with electrical codes, regulations, industry best practices and safety protocols
