Requirements

  • 10 years of electrical design-engineering, or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or commensurate work experience in the related field

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical oversight and strategies for all assigned CVS Corporate Properties
  • Review electrical systems and provide technical support for new facility builds and existing critical projects, ensuring optimization of electrical power systems for safe, reliable and efficient operation
  • Develop strategic relationships within the organization providing guidance and decision support for corporate projects and key initiatives
  • Develop, manage, and execute multi-million dollar expense and capital budgets for owned and leased corporate facilities
  • Ensure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives, local, state and federal laws, as well governing regulations that pertain to the operations of a Corporate Facility
  • Effectively manage Critical Incidents and controllable incidents caused by vendors, employees, and missed preventive maintenance work
  • Oversee the installation of new equipment and execution of assigned projects to ensure it is commissioned and operational according to design, industry standards, and Internal Policy
  • Ensure all systems comply with electrical codes, regulations, industry best practices and safety protocols
