Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate or public accounting, and maintain an active CPA license. They should demonstrate strong technical accounting skills, including understanding of US GAAP and ASC-606, and a solid comprehension of complex business transactions such as debt and equity financing.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Accounting will drive technical accounting review for new contracts, research and interpret complex accounting issues providing guidance to stakeholders, lead and manage all aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, assist in implementation and documentation of internal controls and SOX-readiness projects, support financial statement preparation and audits, assist with global consolidations and international accounting support, manage team members effectively, play a key role in public company readiness, and support other special projects as assigned.
