Requirements

Track record of deploying advanced Machine Learning models tackling real business problems, preferably in a fast-moving tech company
Impact-driven and excited to own the end-to-end journey from business problem to measurable impact in production
Passion for sharing knowledge and raising the technical bar across the team
Self-starter mindset; proactively identify impactful issues and opportunities and collaboratively tackle them
Extensive experience writing production Python code and a strong command of SQL
Comfortable using Python and SQL daily, and keen to learn Go lang
Experience developing and shipping deep learning, graph-based, and/or sequence-based ML architectures to production
Thrive working on ambiguous problems and have a track record of helping resolve ambiguity
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Automatically and accurately detect suspicious user behaviors while minimizing impact to genuine customers and operational costs
Adapt quickly and appropriately to changing fraud and financial crime trends, ensuring detection systems remain performant
Design machine learning solutions that scale globally
Collaborate with other Machine Learning Scientists, Data Scientists, Backend Engineers, Operations specialists, Product managers, and Risk managers
Justify and demonstrate the effectiveness of approaches to ensure they meet business and customer needs
