Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of industry experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong understanding of distributed systems. Excellent communication skills, a great sense of design for complex technical requirements, and an obsessive focus on delivering a seamless developer experience are essential. Mastery of fundamental concepts allowing quick adaptation to varied technologies is also required. Responsibilities

The Senior Machine Learning Platform Engineer will gain a deep understanding of Machine Learning Engineers' needs and current platform capabilities to mentor junior engineers in building high-quality software. Responsibilities include raising engineering standards for high-availability and low-latency ML inference infrastructure, optimizing low-latency streaming pipelines for data quality, and evangelizing state-of-the-art practices for high-performance distributed training jobs. Additionally, the role involves building tooling to observe data quality and detect performance degradations impacting ML models.
