Position Overview

This is a full-time, remote position focused on leveraging AI and Machine Learning within the Digital Technology department. The role involves transforming IT operations by focusing on transformation, experience, AI-driven automation, innovation, and growth to deliver delightful and secure customer and employee experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to gather insights.
  • Train, test, deploy, and maintain complex ML/AI/GenAI models at scale.
  • Build ML/AI-enabled applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Integrate ML/AI capabilities into the ServiceNow platform.
  • Help evolve the MLOps processes followed by the team.
  • Design and build end-to-end proof of concepts and prototypes of products and solutions.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Python and its data science/machine learning libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Demonstrated experience delivering scalable machine learning, deep learning, or generative AI solutions.
  • Solid understanding of MLOps practices, ideally with hands-on experience using Azure ML services.
  • Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, including the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong grasp of software design and integration patterns, data modeling principles, and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent debugging, testing, and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Pay: $158,500 - $269,500 (guideline, varies by location, qualifications, skill level, and competencies).
  • Additional Compensation: Equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and On Target Earnings (OTE) for sales positions.
  • Benefits: Health plans (including flexible spending accounts), 401(k) Plan with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), matching donations, flexible time away plan, and family leave programs.
  • Note: Compensation is based on geographic location and subject to change.
