Requirements

  • Masters' degree or equivalent
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Operations, Logistics and/or Care and process
  • Fluent or native in Mandarin and fluent in English
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel black belt level), bonus: proficiency in SQL
  • Highly data-driven and know how to define KPIs and focus on high-impact projects
  • Experience in best-in-class customer service organizations or in relevant consulting and process management roles
  • Preferably worked in a start-up hyper growth environment; solution oriented, focused on quick results and lean approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally

Responsibilities

  • Own Back Market’s delivery performance
  • Follow-up, report and analyse the delivery performance
  • Lead efforts to improve delivery performance over the globe
  • Manage the delivery performance of partner sellers pool by creating the right process, incentives, and coercitive mechanisms
  • Oversee and improve the performance of carrier network
  • Lead fulfilment partner network in Europe
  • Closely collaborate with Asian-based seller pool to optimize their last mile delivery in EU
  • Own the delivery contact rate plan
  • Build yearly plan to decrease the customer contacts
  • Set up quarterly targets
  • Work with product team to have project improvements settled in their roadmap
  • Calculate the impacts on budget
  • Handle the delivery agents process
  • Develop and implement new processes to boost customer satisfaction regarding deliveries
  • Create a seamless environment for customers where they proactively obtain all necessary information about their deliveries
