Responsibilities

Evolve the native iOS mobile app used by over 11 million people
Build polished user experiences for personal banking, joint accounts, kids accounts, credit cards, savings, investments, and more
Balance writing well-tested, resilient code with moving fast and iterating
Collaborate in a small, autonomous product squad with Android Engineers, Backend Engineers, User Researchers, Product Designers, Product Managers, QA Testers, and Data Scientists
Contribute to overall company goals, influencing both what to build and how to build it (e.g., personal banking products to customer support tools)
Participate in weekly iOS discipline meetings to discuss tools, techniques, problems, and improve codebase/processes
Report to an engineering manager for 1:1s every 1-2 weeks to support growth and development
Work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in Barcelona office)
