Responsibilities

  • Evolve the native iOS mobile app used by over 11 million people
  • Build polished user experiences for personal banking, joint accounts, kids accounts, credit cards, savings, investments, and more
  • Balance writing well-tested, resilient code with moving fast and iterating
  • Collaborate in a small, autonomous product squad with Android Engineers, Backend Engineers, User Researchers, Product Designers, Product Managers, QA Testers, and Data Scientists
  • Contribute to overall company goals, influencing both what to build and how to build it (e.g., personal banking products to customer support tools)
  • Participate in weekly iOS discipline meetings to discuss tools, techniques, problems, and improve codebase/processes
  • Report to an engineering manager for 1:1s every 1-2 weeks to support growth and development
  • Work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in Barcelona office)
