Ability to design and launch comprehensive onboarding learning paths with interactive courses, quick reference videos, use case guides, and FAQs
Capability to develop formal certification programs featuring rigorous, performance-based assessments
Strong networking and collaboration skills with SMEs across Product, Customer Enablement, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance teams
Experience implementing continuous feedback loops to analyze learner feedback and content performance data for iterative improvements

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive, end-to-end learning paths for Komodo's products tailored to specific customer personas (e.g., non-technical commercial users, data scientists, HEOR researchers)
Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex data concepts and new feature releases into clear, accurate, and accessible learning materials
Own and manage the content development and review process, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders and timely delivery
Scope learning needs and translate technical product information into instructional strategies and innovations
