A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience is required, along with 4+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services for hardware and software products.
The role requires knowledge and experience with Linux System Administration (including process management, package management, task scheduling, kernel management, boot procedures/troubleshooting, performance reporting/optimization/logging, network routing/advanced networking), cluster management technologies, scripting proficiency, and experience with schedulers such as SLURM, LSF, UGE, etc., plus industry-standard Linux certifications.
Good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written English skills, and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task easily with limited supervision are required.
