Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
Proven experience in GHG accounting, data management, and sustainability reporting
Strong understanding of the GHG Protocol and other recognized environmental reporting frameworks
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with ESG, Finance, and Operations teams
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
Own, maintain, and enhance systems (e.g., climate software and manual processes) for calculating emissions using accurate emission factors and methodologies
Calculate GHG inventories covering Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, including emerging areas such as FLAG emissions
Identify and validate emissions sources, data sources, and energy data; resolve discrepancies in collaboration with subject matter experts
Work closely with the ESG Data Governance Specialist and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting at global, entity, country, and facility levels in alignment with frameworks such as GHG Protocol, CDP, CSRD, ISSB, and SBTi
Secure proper documentation, approvals, and audit readiness
Address internal and external audit findings promptly and effectively
Ensure data and methodologies are accurate, transparent, and assurance-ready
Prepare annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc energy and emissions reports for internal and external stakeholders
Support lifecycle assessments (LCAs), product-level emissions analyses, and the development of global and local decarbonization strategies
