Team

Our Gaming team comprises experts in hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core gaming. You will be joining one of our Live Studios, specifically working on mid-core games.


Role

We are seeking a senior, versatile Artist – a true game maker at heart – who thrives in the dynamic environment of live games. This role requires a blend of artistic excellence, product thinking, and proactive ownership. We are looking for an individual who takes initiative and drives projects forward, rather than waiting for tasks to be assigned. Proficiency in coding is also a plus.

Your Outputs:

  • Final assets that integrate directly into Unity, fully implemented and not just designed.
  • Hypotheses and ideas generated from a player's perspective and a monetization lens, not solely based on visual aesthetics.
  • Proposals grounded in game direction, moving beyond generic mood boards.
  • Constant small improvements within live games, including self-created Asana tasks.
  • UI/UX designs that are challenged, improved, and implemented by you.

Profile

  • Mobile Gaming Expertise: 5+ years of experience in mobile F2P games, with a preference for mid-core titles. You understand what constitutes a great mobile game.
  • Artistic Autonomy: Ability to deliver assets that ship with minimal or zero rework, without needing constant direction from an Art Director.
  • Unity Integration: 3+ years of Unity experience, with proven skills in asset implementation and UI assembly. You can integrate your own assets.
  • AI Tool Proficiency: Extensive experience and knowledge of AI tools across 2D, 3D, and video workflows.
  • Collaboration Tools: High proficiency in collaborative software, particularly Figma.
  • Growth Mindset: Interest in animation and a willingness to develop skills in this area.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication in English (B2+ level).
  • Product Acumen: Understanding of what drives sales and a product-minded approach, proposing ideas aligned with game needs.
  • Proactiveness: Naturally proactive and self-starting.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in game making, ideally working directly with a publisher or in a startup-like environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Animation or VFX implementation experience.
  • C# fluency for Unity.
  • Experience shipping multiple game genres or styles.
